Daniel holds a BSc in Sport Therapy and Rehabilitation, and runs Synergy Coaching and Synergy Therapy alongside teaching on the diploma. He has worked with more than 400 clients and carried out over 1,500 injury assessments, so the anatomy, screening and programming units are taught by someone who is doing that work the rest of the week.

Clinton is a Level 3 personal trainer and online coach with over 20 years in the industry and more than 400 clients behind him. He came into coaching from a background in engineering, and he teaches the practical side the same way he coaches it: get the movement right first, then load it.

How we teach
Small cohorts.
Real assessment.
Plenty of providers will sell you a Level 3 for less. What they will not give you is a cohort small enough that your practical is properly watched, or an assessor who has trained paying clients this week.
One course, done properly
We teach one qualification rather than twenty. It means the teaching, the materials and the assessment are all built around it.
Limited places per intake
Practical assessment takes time to do honestly. We cap each cohort so it can be.
Tutors who still coach
Everything taught here is taught by someone who does it for a living, not someone who read about it.
