What it costs

One course, one price, and a way to spread it if that suits you better. Nothing is taken through this website: we email you to arrange payment once your place is reserved.

Pay in full

£1,750

Covers tuition, learning materials, assessment and certification. One price, nothing added later, and no bundles you did not ask for.

Spread it over 4 months

£500 a month

4 payments of £500, £2,000 in total. The same course, paid for as you go.

Before you book

We email you to arrange it

Once your place is reserved you get an email with the amount and the ways to pay: bank transfer, invoice, payment plan. Paying is what confirms your place on the cohort.

Nothing is hidden in the small print. The payment terms and your cancellation rights are set out in writing before you pay, so none of it is a surprise. If there is anything you are unsure about, ask before you pay rather than after.
Studying from further afield. PT Hut is mostly online. Most learners attend in person for 1 to 2 practical days, at the venue published with their intake. Each intake also holds 5 places for learners who cannot travel, who complete the same practical assessment on film. Ask about a remote place when you reserve.

Paying for it

The questions people ask before booking, answered plainly.

How do I pay, and can I spread the cost?

You reserve your place on the website, and no payment is taken there. We then email you to arrange it: bank transfer, invoice, or the four-month payment plan. Paying is what confirms your place, so if you want the plan rather than the full amount, say so when you reserve.

What if I change my mind?

Talk to us. We set the payment terms and your cancellation rights out in writing before you pay anything, so you can read them before you commit rather than after. If affordability is the worry, we would far rather set up a payment plan than take a booking you regret.

Can I study around a full-time job?

Yes, and most people do. Mostly online, studied in your own time, so you work through the written units when it suits you. The practical is only 1 to 2 days in person, and those dates are published with each intake so you can book the time off well in advance.

What if I cannot travel to the practical days?

Ask about a remote place. Each intake holds 5 places for learners based elsewhere, who complete the same practical assessment on film rather than in person. The qualification is identical; there are simply not many of these places, so mention it when you reserve.
